Our Process - How We Create Your Custom Headcover

Place Your Order

Start by selecting the type of headcover you'd like to have made along with any customization options available on our order form. Choose from driver, fairway, hybrid, or putter covers and decide if you want to send in your own glove or let us source one for you.

Shipping Your Glove

Once your order is submitted we will confirm the details and send you an invoice for the project and the shipping address for the donor glove. You will be responsible for shipping to us we cover return shipping for the headcover.

Order Confirmation and Evaluation

Upon receiving your glove, we'll evaluate it and confirm that there are no issues with the donor glove that would prevent us from completing your custom order including any specific requests and ready your glove for processing This step ensures we will be able to give you what you're looking for.

Cleaning and Dismantling

The glove is then carefully cleaned and dismantled and ready to be processed into your new headcover. 

Layout and Design

We layout the disassembled glove and begin designing your headcover. This step involves meticulous planning as well as an artistic touch to perfectly align with your requested style and features.

Sewing and Finishing

Our skilled craftsmen sew and finish the headcover, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that the finished product is both durable and aesthetically pleasing.

Quality Control

Every headcover undergoes a thorough quality control evaluation to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship and functionality.

Shipping Back to You

Once your headcover passes quality control, we ship it back to you. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey back to your golf bag.

What are your headcovers made from?

All of our headcovers are handcrafted from 100% genuine leather, using upcycled baseball gloves, footballs, and basketballs. We thoughtfully repurpose leather from both vintage and new sports equipment, giving each piece a new life on the golf course.

Can I customize my headcover?

Yes! Every headcover we make is custom-designed to your preferences. You can choose specific details such as the type of glove, color, or any personal touches you’d like to add. We will confirm that your order can be accomodated before we get started.

How long does it take to receive a custom headcover?

Since each headcover is made by hand, the process typically takes 4-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the number of orders in the queue. We will always keep you updated on your order status.

Do you only make headcovers for drivers?

No, while the first headcover we made was for a driver, we also create headcovers for fairway woods, hybrids, and putters. Let us know your specific needs!

How do I care for my leather headcover?

Caring for your headcover is similar to maintaining a baseball glove. We recommend using a leather conditioner occasionally to keep the leather soft and supple.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since each headcover is custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with the craftsmanship or the fit, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I send you my old baseball glove to be turned into a headcover?

Absolutely! If you have a sentimental glove you’d like transformed into a headcover, we’re happy to work with it. Just make sure the glove is in good condition so we can repurpose it properly.

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on your location, so please contact us for a quote.
